UK items will be shipped via Royal Mail using the Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day Service or DHL with 1 to 2 days shipping time from our UK warehouse.
Orders received on a weekday before 3pm will be despatched that day, for next day delivery. (No deliveries on Sunday).

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, clearance & duty fees
Any duty, taxes, import VAT and additional fees incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.

EMF Guardian is committed to offering the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with any of the items from your order you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt to return them.
Items you are returning must be sent with their original labels and packaging, and in perfect condition, without any signs of having been used. A copy of the packing slip must also be included in the return package.
EMF Guardian will reimburse the customer for the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error attributable to EMF Guardian, if the product received does not correspond to the one ordered, or if it has a factory defect or damage. Otherwise, only the cost of the returned product will be reimbursed, but not the shipping costs.
Due to the value of the goods, we would recommend you use a Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service and keep the proof of posting.
Please remember that the products are the customer's responsibility until they arrive back at our offices. In the event that the merchandise is damaged due to inappropriate packaging - during return shipment - we will not be able to accept the return.
Once the goods have been received at our offices and their condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded by the same method of payment. The refund will not be made until we have received the product and checked its perfect condition.
