Collection: Shipping Information
We are only taking pre-orders initially and these will be delivered within 2 weeks from pre-order.
Eventually all UK items will be shipped via Royal Mail using the Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day Service or DHL with 1 to 2 days shipping time from our UK warehouse.
Orders received on a weekday before 3pm will be despatched that day, for next day delivery. (No deliveries on Sunday).
Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, clearance & duty fees
Any duty, taxes, import VAT and additional fees incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.
