Shipping policy

All UK items will be shipped via Royal Mail using the Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day Service or DHL with 1 to 2 days shipping time from our UK warehouse.

International orders (placed from outside of the U.K.)

Customs, clearance & duties fees

Any duty, taxes, import VAT and additional fees incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.
